While I spent more than I had planned, they were all items that were worn out. My service Tech was on time, respectful and professional. After alerting me of the issues with my components and giving me the cost. I thought he was gonna say they would obtain the parts and then reschedule to complete the repairs. He then tells me give him and hour and he will have it finished!! He had everything on his vehicle to complete the task. He cleaned up, adjusted the opener and lubed the parts. The tech that came out was knowledgeable and polite but I was very specific about what I needed and that we weren't replacing an opener but installing the first one. I was told over the phone the price installed and I could use the coupon I had. Upon arrival, the tech said he would install what I was told over the phone (1/2hp opener) but It wouldn't last the year and the second car remote was an extra $48 and the bracing was another $5 and there was a trip charge of $20. I was never told there would be a trip charge and it makes no sense since he was coming to do a estimate. There isn't any charge if I say no...why should there be one if I say yes! So I did. The excuse was the people on the phone don't know a lot and you really are a repair company. Then they should. Felt like it was a bait and switch. If not your phone staff need to be better trained.
