We had a great experience with Precision. Keith came out and evaluated our situation and needs. We were given 3 options which was prepared by Keith. His diagnosis of our problem was thorough, and his explanation was easy to comprehend and follow. Keith performed our repairs and installed new equipment quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was pleasant and accommodating. Keith was great. I would recommend him to others for their garage door needs.

We saw your commercial on TV although we didn't need the service right away. When we did, Precision came to mind. Keith was the technician and we were please with his work. He showed us where the issue was explained what he was going to do. Keith also show us how to maintain the garage track. He was professional and knowledgeable and worn his mask the entire time. If we need garage door work, we will definitely call on Precision again. Thank you!! Please change our last name to be Ochoa instead of Ochella.

I called Precision because I heard their advertisement on The Joy FM, a station I am fond of and listen to because I helped build their studio and transmitter facilities and get it on the air over 30 years ago. I wanted to look at reworking the seals to prevent leaves, frogs, lizards and snakes from getting into the garage. I arranged an appointment and their tech, Keith came out to look at my door about 8:30/9:00 AM. We discussed what type of seal to use and how to install it and he then looked at my installation. He noticed that the spring board had pulled away from the wall and the door was in imminent danger of collapsing! Needless to say, I authorized the repair and service work to begin immediately. He even helped clear the space back from the door to give him room to set up his ladders and table. By Noon he was finished with new springs, new nylon rollers, realignment of the track, a new bottom triple seal, lubrication of the track, rollers, and hinges {which had never been done}, and resetting of the limits on the motor. After almost 9 years, the door runs quieter, smoother, and is better sealed than when it was originally installed by another company. I could not be happier! I would definitely recommend Precision and their installer Keith Allen for anyone needing garage door work of any type.
