My garage door broke and I called Precision Door. The person I spoke with said someone would be out later today. Within an hour Michael had called and was on his way. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained things well! The repair went well and I feel that it was done well and will function correctly and efficiently for a long time. I am impressed by the whole experience …. very positive! Thanks to everyone!

During the past eleven years I have used the services of Precision Garage Door Service on two occasions. The first was for preventative maintenance and the second, which was recently, to repair damage. Each time Precision was able to provide same-day service without any additional fee. Nelson Ruedas did an excellent job! I called Sunday morning made the appointment it was seamless. Nelson called me back made the appointment, he came to the house assesed the problem made some suggestions for the repair. We talked it over agreed on a plan. He was in and out in an hour. We recently had Precision install a new garage door opener system. When one of the four remote controls stopped working after a couple of weeks, they came the same day and reprogrammed it at no cost. Their warranty covered it.

I called Precision Door Friday afternoon as my garage door would not close. The office personnel stated someone could come out between four and eight. Within 15 minutes of that call, I received a call from Carlos, stating he was on the way and would be at my home within 15 minutes, and he was.
