I really truly enjoyed the visit with Rebecca she was a absolute sweetheart inside and out and I thought she went over and beyond expectations to where she explained and helped me out to pick out my garage door. I would give her a high five if I were her boss! I would have loved to have had the custom door but unfortunately my budget wouldn’t let me go that high so she helped me pick out the next best one ;)

After a recent lightening strike we called Precision Door to come to repair our garage door which would not open. They originally installed our door and we were pleased with the service then. They did not disappoint this time either. A knowledgeable and professional service man arrived promptly and found the motor to the garage door opener had been " fried". he had the needed part on his truck, completed the repair and reprogramed all of our remotes in a very efficient and courteous manner. Kudos to this excellent company. We would not consider using anyone else for our garage door needs.

The motor coupling on my 22 year old Sears garage door opener failed at 4:30 yesterday. Tommi answered my call and this morning Chris arrived, tested, diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor and track. Both Tommi and Chris were friendly and helpful. I first called Precision several years ago to work on my two car garage door. They replaced the motor, rollers, spring, and balanced the whole job out. They more than met my expectations for the work preformed. About six months ago I had them replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of both doors. This service call was to replace rollers, and re-balanced the one car garage door. Everything is in good working order now. I can't say enough good things about Precision. They have always been prompt when called and the technicians are very knowledgeable. I would never think of using anyone else to work on my garage doors.
