James did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener, spring, baring, light and explaining the safety concerns I had with our young children. James also explained how to secure the door and troubleshoot any problems we may encure. The installation was done in a timely manner. James was very friendly and I would highly recommend him! Given that fuel isn't hovering in the $4.00 a gallon range, I thought your $20.00 Fuel/Energy Surcharge was over the top, considering your techs supposedly live in the area they serve. Otherwise, the tech's service was great.
