Nice young man who didn't try to "up sell" me on any repairs/replacements when I explained that the entire property (30 acres) is for sale commercially. Just fixed the immediate problem and, hopefully, it will keep working as long as necessary.

Given that fuel isn't hovering in the $4.00 a gallon range, I thought your $20.00 Fuel/Energy Surcharge was over the top, considering your techs supposedly live in the area they serve. Otherwise, the tech's service was great.

After my post, I received a call from Corporate, stating they would refund the fuel surcharge, as the tech didn't mention it. I was emailed the receipt, when I later learned of the surcharge. I suggested they roll it into their base rate, a/k/a "overhead", no pun intended.

Thank you for the service call. Received good service. I Did not receive a copy of the work order just a receipt for payment. The total estimate that was written up had three choices and I elected the third choice of $760.00 less Veteran and your credit from your coupon as deductions. Your billing statement received by email shows an additional fee of $20.00 for Fuel/Energy Surcharge. This charge was never mentioned and I do not wish to pay it. I do not appreciate a bogus fee arbitrarily added with no notice. In today's world $20.00 hurts the pocket. What the hell is this fee really for?

Outstanding service in every respect! I called at 8:30 AM, was told that a technician would be out between 12:00-4:00 PM with a call 30 minutes before arriving. "Jeffery" called at 12:45, advising that he would be at my home in approx. 25 minutes. He arrived, assessed my problem, gave alternate solutions to my problem, repaired my overhead door within an hour, and was gone. Excellent! It began with a most pleasant receptionist when I initially called.

Prompt service was appreciated and the efficiency of determining the problem and then fixing it was important, though I wasn't expecting to have to get a whole new unit. My old one had been there since 1992 so I guess it did a good job for a long time. Your technician was very pleasant and took time to explain the workings of the new unit.
