Matt was on time and very professional. Unlike most companies that say between 10 and 2, I was presently surprised when Matt called and asked if he could come before 10. Time is money and I’m like yes. Matt explained everything he was going to do, advised me on future maintenance of my garage doors and even left me the lubricant to be used. When done, he made sure all was in order, cleaned up and departed. He wore facial protection the entire time he was here. The best part of the service was when I was given the opportunity to pay over 3 months. Awesome plus military discount! I would definitely recommend This company.

My old garage door was very noisy and approximately 20 years old. My service tech Joshua came up with a few different options for me. He took the time to explain them all and left the decision up to me with no sales pressure. He was very knowledgeable about his product, he arrived on time, and was a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone. My new door is quiet and i am very satisfied with everything. Thank you!

Our spring broke and I had no idea what to expect concerning repairs. We were not trapped but they could get to us first thing next day. Our technician was Jesse, who did an inspection of the rest of the moving parts and made a recommendation with two options. He was careful to explain things, worked quickly and was a patient instructor with our new equipment. And he has a sense of humor. We chose to replace the spring, wheels, pulley, trolley and motor and of course openers. I'm so glad I called Precision.

Just had my Garage Door replaced. The initial contact to decide the door was perfect. Matter of fact and to the point. The installers were efficient and professional. Explained everything they had did and the importance of bi yearly maintenance and where to lubricate. This whole experience was outstanding and would not hesitate to use them again. Great Product, Great Service and Great Value.
