After a recent lightening strike we called Precision Door to come to repair our garage door which would not open. They originally installed our door and we were pleased with the service then. They did not disappoint this time either. A knowledgeable and professional service man arrived promptly and found the motor to the garage door opener had been " fried". he had the needed part on his truck, completed the repair and reprogramed all of our remotes in a very efficient and courteous manner. Kudos to this excellent company. We would not consider using anyone else for our garage door needs.

The motor coupling on my 22 year old Sears garage door opener failed at 4:30 yesterday. I first called Precision several years ago to work on my two car garage door. They replaced the motor, rollers, spring, and balanced the whole job out. They more than met my expectations for the work preformed. About six months ago I had them replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of both doors. This service call was to replace rollers, and re-balanced the one car garage door. Everything is in good working order now. I can't say enough good things about Precision. They have always been prompt when called and the technicians are very knowledgeable. I would never think of using anyone else to work on my garage doors.

Jeremy was very good with my service he explained why my door bracket broke from the door opener arm. He fixed everything that needed replacing in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. My only down side was I think material was pricey after receiving itemized break down.
