James Mantsch did our work. He helped us at right after we bought this house in 1017 My wife was here alone since I had yet to get here. He found a past problem of termites ( which the termite inspector cleared the whole sale. Jim worked that day for probably 12 hours and fixed the whole problem while my wife was crying over it all. He was a good man and worked during high heat. He did a great job and I was glad we got him again. A spring broke on my door at 5pm on a Friday. I called Precision and Mickey was here an hour later. Mickey was clear on all the repair options available with their corresponding warranties. He let me make my choice with no pressure and set about to quickly and efficiently replace my springs, bearings and track wheels.
