They gave me all my options on how to pay some people do not have the funds we do to pay so they would have worked with me on other pay options. I CHOSE PRECISION BECAUSE FAMILY MEMBERS HAD USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS OF SERVICE. THE PERSONNEL THAT CAME OUT NAMED ROBERT WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS ABOUT. VERY COMPETENT AND AACCOMPLISHED YOUNG MAN. I KNEW I WOULD NEED A NEW DOOR, BUT HAD NEVER GOTTEN AROUND TO SEEING ABOUT IT. I HAD THE OPTION TO FIX, BUT I INQUIRED ABOUT INSTALLATION OF A NEW DOOR. IT WORKED OUT. A NEW DOOR WILL BE PUT IN TOMORROW. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. VERY HAPPY INDEED.

Saw the ad in a magazine. Called and scheduled an appointment for repair. Repairman was here within the window of time. Repairman assessed the damage. Gave three different quotes and what they entailed. We chose the middle one. He had all the parts and went about repairing the door. We had to replace quite a few parts that were missing from when the door broke and fell. Was completed within a couple of hours. Garage door works and sounds like a brand new system. He also showed us how do the maintenance on the door so it will continue to work properly. Very pleased with the workmanship, repairman, and price. Thank you. Would highly recommend this company. Luke came out this morning to replace a broken spring. His attention to detail enabled him to notice not only a bent shaft, but also a couple of worn bearings. After that, he went above and beyond and stapled the sensor wires to the ceiling, which had been hanging for years, and adjusted the open and close pressures. You just don't find that kind of dedication these days. I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again. I'm really glad that their sticker was on the inside of the garage door. I had called another company first, and was told that I had to pay a 99.00 service fee if i didn't like the quote! It was after that call that i noticed the sticker, and boy I'm glad i did. Thanks again Luke!
