I'm one of those do it yourself kind of guy's. Well I have so many projects around the house, I figured I'll get an installer and free up some time. Well, when Precision showed up the technician, Phil, was just fantastic to watch him work. He was very professional, quick, personable and precise. I was very pleased with the prompt, professional service I received . My door opener was old and too far gone to fix. My very nice technician was able to replace it and all the components on this first service call, no waiting to order one ect. He was great about explaining how to operate and gave me a good rundown of all the Smart technology this new unit had. If I could give Jonathan 100 stars I would. Our garage door springs and gear system stopped working today, I called to see if someone could come out and he was out to my house no later than one hour after that. Installed a new motor, gear system and everything. Before, our door was extremely noisy when opening and closing, now it’s so quiet you can’t even hear it. Also, right after he left the cord wasn’t engaged properly (no fault of his AT ALL) and he turned around, came back and fixed it the proper way with a smile on his face. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He’s definitely an asset to this company and we hope if we ever need garage door help again, Jonathan is the one to help us.

One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn't open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.
