The customer service was wonderful & the guys replaced garage door opener fast. My 13 yr old Raynor chain with 2 sided lights stopped working, so I choose to get replacement. (No door, springs, coils, or arms) It was replaced by a 1 light Genie belt that cost me $1500.00. Upon looking online at that model it can be purchased for less than $200. With labor & parts, the cost should have been a lot less than that.

They had installed the door opening mechanisms in 2007. I called late in the day, and they had arranged a service for 8a - 10am next day. Techician quickly found the springs were too old, weak, and had strained one of the belt drives, causing it to break, which had stopped door opening. Very proffesional repair, knew exactly what to do, changed all three springs, the broken belt, and adjusted both doors. All within an hour or so, and carried it out with expertise. Very professional.
