Called for service on a Sunday afternoon. Technician, Travis, was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue with my door and explained everything to me with options as to what I could do. He fixed the issue and did service on the door. Even though I am the new owner of the home, Precision did not charge me as they had been here before though it had been quite a while. I will definitely use Precision when I need a new door opener or future service.

I called Precision based upon reputation and recent tv ads. The original call was to repair the door, however, since we purchased the home garage door had not been serviced. I had a problem with my year old garage door opener. It would go up and down without touching the remote. I called Sat. morning at 8:30am and Travis arrived at 10:00am and reviewed the problem and made the decision that he could not find what was causing the problem and he made the decision to replace the system. It was all covered under warranty so did not cost me anything. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. He had the new system installed and operating in one hour. Before he left he made sure I knew how all worked and get my outside pad programmed with my code. Precision and its staff are 5 Star and would recommend Precision to anyone.
