Michael was awesome. On time, professional, personable and got the repair fixed to keep my garage door open and not sliding back down when I had to pull the emergency unlock cord. It was not staying up so I could get my car up if the electricity would go off. Now with a little tightening of the coils, it's like new again. Thank u & so glad I called u guys!

Neighbor reccomdation from original repair of spring etc. Subsequently additional repair needed later on failed motor part. I would not hesitate to call Precision again. Name on invoice should be changed from Bryant to Barry.

Called for service - door opened after closing - Upon inspection, noticed circuit board was smoking. Discussed options with technician Mike Boyle and decided to replace the 14 year old unit with a Linear LDCO800. In short order, Mike installed the new unit and did an excellent job. Mike was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail. Without question, I would recommend Precision to others. I should also mention they were here the next morning.
