We called Precision because we have had excellent service from them before. This time our door stopped working on a Saturday and they came that same Saturday. (Wow) The person answering our call was very nice. The technician named Dalton was courteous, after examining the problem explained what he was going to do first (which fixed the problem), and then repaired it quickly and quietly by installing new sensors which were still under warranty. He was a gentleman and very respectful (something I find not present all the time nowadays); he even called to let us know he would be 15 minutes late in arriving - very nice. Our experience from beginning to end was wonderful. So we will continue to call Precision whenever we need service or new products that they deal in. Thank you Dalton, and thank you Precision.
