Scheduling my garage door opener installation was easy. The technician arrived on time and gave me two great options to choose. He walked me through the installation process and was done in just over an hour. He talked me through the app and then he personally paired my car's home-link to the new opener. How awesome is that! What a great experience!!

Absolutely satisfied ! Was unable to find a garage door opener installer which we desperately needed. Went to Precision's website, schedule the next day, Saturday, delivery at no extra cost. Selected a window and was told truck would come with a variety of openers to look at for immediate install. Technician (Austin) was fantastic - showed up on tome, was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating, selected a unit and did the install all by himself. Very pleased and would recommend !

As most of us know things happen at the most inconvenient times. One of the springs that helps to open and close our garage door broke at 3:45 pm on a Monday afternoon. I called the company that installed this door for help. They could not help me until Wednesday afternoon. The technician, James, came out, listened to my explanation of what I had done, and explained my situation, to him and was very attentive to my issue. He then was very through in explaining what the apparent issues were, what would be in my best interest to do on my own, since I am a do-it-yourselfer, and then explained my options. He also gave me a rundown of costs and what the different parts situations entailed, based on what my choices were going to be.
