I have used Precision once when I first bought my home and the 6-year old door motor was not working. They came and installed new springs on the door and a new mother board in the opener. 13 years later, I had my first problem. I now have a new garage door opener, new "eyes", a new switch and a replacement spine on the door due to prior damage. It is running better than ever! The new opener is so quiet, you won't even hear it inside the house.

Met with Luke and explained we had a split hinge. Like did a thorough review of all the door components and found an additional slightly split hinges had that may last a bit. He also observed the door rollers were wearing down, so we had them replaced along with and the damaged hinges. Quality workmanship, good conversation. Your company has replaced two garage doors over the years we have lived here. Workmanship has always been top notch.
