John was our tech who repaired our garage door opener. He called me several times from the road since he was running behind due to complications at the last place. Very cordial, very quick to fix our problem, and was unexpectedly warm and caring about our small problem. I appreciated his expertise and resourcefulness. I'll have him back when service is needed again.

Just wanted to give Mike W a big THANK YOU for a job well done. He replaced the garage door spring and a broken drive gear. I saw Mike working on my neighbors door on Sunday afternoon and he stopped and gave me a quick diagnosis. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and he arrived right on time and fixed the problem

Our garage door came off its track, due to a bent rail and a wobbly rail mount. Precision took our call on a Saturday and fixed the problem on a Sunday (thank you!). Mike Wallace was extremely professional the whole time. He exemplifies what customer service should be: great communication; showing up when he says he will; confidence; a sunny disposition; and being really good at his job. He went above and beyond to not only repair the problem at hand, but to also prevent new problems. This is why Precision has been our only garage door service for the whole time we've owned our home.
