My spring broke Sunday morning at 11:30, Precision showed up at 3:50 that afternoon. Ben was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. He offered upgrade package pricing, but without any pressure. I just stayed with the spring and cable replacement, and he went to work without hesitation. It took an hour to do. Pricing was at mid $200 range. Overall, I'm very pleased(wish it was cheaper) with Ben and Precision, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I looked up the techs name so he would get the good job report. and under the Purchase a new product you need to add a line in there that states < The Technician did a full and fantastic job > Unable to just put 1 item down when he did so many to make the job right.

Our first Garage door was a precision, but it was installed with just the minimum requirements in these housing subdivisions when they are made. The old unit was 14 years old and has not failed us at any time in these past years. Age had started to take its tole on the old motor so it was time to fix it. Mike came out and had wonderful options and helped me to understand that the old motor was the low end motor and it just could not keep up with the top end heavy hurricane door we had. I had Mike explain the prices and with those prices i had him install the best of everything you had. It took Mike only 2 hours and the new motor and springs are whisper quiet. I got the top rated motor this time. no more under power for this family. He did a fantastic job very good people skills and workmanship. I will recommend you to any who have garage door needs. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable on what my garage door needed to be fixed properly. He detailed the areas of concerns which needed to be addressed by visibly showing me the problem areas. Their was no question in my mind the appropriate fix was a new garage door. I am not an expert on garage doors but after seeing the actual condition of our door I know the door will need to be replaced very soon. Mike fixed our door as a temporary measure until we could afford a new one and did not charge me for the temporary fix. I will definitely use Precision Garage Doors to install a new door. The night before my spring broke so I called them first thing in the morning at 8, but they couldn't come out until 4 hours later. My car was trapped in the meantime. They got it fixed, but I had to reschedule my doctor's appointment that I had for two weeks.
