The night before my spring broke so I called them first thing in the morning at 8, but they couldn't come out until 4 hours later. My car was trapped in the meantime. They got it fixed, but I had to reschedule my doctor's appointment that I had for two weeks.

I was very impressed with both the sales rep and the installation technicians who put in my new door and opener. All were very professional and answered my questions quickly. When the spring on our garage door broke in the late afternoon, I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Tom was on time, was very professional, showed me the work that needed done, explained it in detail, and after my approval, completed the job. We are very happy with the results.
