I am very glad I contacted Precision. Scheduling the appointment online was way easy and convenient. My technician was James Long and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He identified the issue immediately and provided us with options to remedy it. One of the things I liked most was that he did not attempt to pressure us into buying anything if we did not eant to. Hein addition, he explained things in a manner we could understand. James is a great representation of Precision!!! He should be cloned. Thank you, James. Thanks Precision.

James and his assistant were friendly, courteous and professional. They remedied issues neglected by another door company and gave clear explanations of all of our repair or replace options. We appreciate that they came prepared with a well-stocked truck and can diagnose and repair any problem quickly. Invoicing was clearly itemized and indicated warranty terms. We would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Precision had done excellent work for me before when I lived in Pinellas County. I needed work done in Polk County at my newer home. Precision Service person John Duff laid it all out for me as to what was not done properly when my home was built a few years ago. Typically, someone had cut a lot of corners and now I would pay to fix what had broken. John literally had to rebuild everything but the door to get the right system in place for my large double garage door. It wasn't cheap, but quality never is. But now, I have a modern system, sized correctly to do the job, a wifi equipped Genie professional opener, and a much quieter door. I also have a long-term warranty that I know from experience Precision will honor. I would recommend and use Precision again in a New York minute.

Cody Johnson came to our home to repair our garage door. My wife & I cannot say enough about Cody. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, took time explaining and totally followed through in what he said he would do along with the time to finish the job. Cody spent time explaining each type of garage door openers, springs, rollers, wheels & remote. In this day and age it is rare to find a young man so dedicated to his work. With employees such as Cody; Precision Doors will continue to be successful. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and neighbors. Sincerely, Michael Micallef Highlands by the Lake

Our Garage Door Opener stopped working! One call to Precision Garage Door of Clearwater and a Tech, Jeremy Rossi, came out the same day! Our current unit was installed in 2008 and finally wore out! Jeremy was very pleasant and efficient and had a new unit installed in short time. Jeremy, fully inspected the springs, etc. and made adjustments accordingly. After the installation, Jeremy reviewed the remotes and access equipment with us. He was very organized and respectful and professional!!!

Too bad other companies don’t hire the same kind of people Precision hires. All the techs we dealt with couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They explained everything before they performed the work and told us our options. They called when they said they would call and arrived when they said they would arrive. We are very happy with the service. Thank you!

I want to say a huge thanks to Orion and precision garage doors. Orion was amazing he took time to listen to us and gave us options. At the end of the day we could not afford the work and asked to just unhook the springs so we could manually open and close the garage. Orion then took it upon himself to reach out about other options. Orion is a God send. He (God) is a way maker and he made a way for Orion to help us out and take care of the springs. God bless you Orion and Precision Garage doors. I will let everyone know what an amazing technician and company you all are.

The tech, Mike F., was on time, explained possible causes for our concern and what measures he would undertake to resolve the issue. Mike explained what work he did and there would be no need to replace part{s} at this time for the parts were under warranty. Mike was courteous, professional and efficient.

We were hearing an unusual noise when opening the garage door and called Precision. They were able to come out same day. Orion Mancini gave us several options and we decided to replace all of the 20 year old parts except the actual door. He got right to it and did an amazing job. Perfect. We are thrilled with the service both when we called for an appointment as well as the work done.

The garage door can open with remote but can’t close with the remote and someone has to press the key on the wall to close so I called precision garage door becoz there is a sticker on the garage door . This is our first time using this company . The technician told us he has to change the wire and change new set of sensor . I only give 1 star because I found out that the genie sensor set was charged for $242, on Amazon is only $40. I’m sure the price is set by the company , not by technician . I could still accept if the genie sensor is charged $20-$30 more but not 5 times than regular price . I feel like the company take advantage of the customer who doesn’t have knowledge . I totally understand for professional fees is $289 for changing the sensor and wire . The technician Chris is very kind and nice .
