Kudos to Precision and the Technician Isak. They came threw as advertised on TV. Saved the day. I was in a little panic, my door spring broke, but the door is over 30 yrs. old and no trouble till now, and my car stuck in the garage. The Technician, (Isak) was out in a matter of a few hours, really nice guy, knew his business, pleasant, couldn't ask for a better Technician as technicians go. I've read other Reviews and I share the same sentiments. What can I say that already has been said, but thanks and Kudos to you all. I have to scratch my head though on the ones with negative feedback. Lets be fair here, Your office quoted me the ballpark figure and yes it was a lot more when Isak got through. But here's the "rub", my door is over 30 years old and everything was shot!!. Needed rollers, adjustments and a few other things, worth the money, well spent. How the door lasted this long beats me. So I have to question those Negative feedbacks. I think I'll get another 30 yrs. thanks to Isak.

5 Stars! We were very pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by your company on a Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. Initially our door had jammed about half of the way up. David found the problem, the cable somehow became wrapped around a bracket. He fixed this and offered to go without any charge. This is unheard of. We got to talking about my 32 year old door and he showed me how everything was basically worn out. It was. In the end he replaced all the rollers, a cracked hinge and the undersized spring. I had added insulation to the inside of the door which made the door heavier and this undersized spring problem even worse. He demonstrated this by showing me how the door was completely out of balance. This is the second time I have used Precision and I will not hesitate to use them again. John F. Schmidt
