Arnold Simpson is a great service tech. I called because of a malfunctioning remote & he discovered a bent spring which would have frozen my door both mechanically & manually. Seventeen year old garage door opener failed. Called Precision in the morning and was told a tech would arrive between 12 and 4. Luke arrived around 1:30, diagnoses the problem….opener fried. Two options were presented, selected one and the installation began. Luke was extremely courteous, efficient, detail oriented, and explained the process and use of the new opener.

I am shocked at how much this cost - now that I got an earful from my son and I did my own research and called other companies. I was completely taken advantage of since I didn't know what this would normally cost. So ridiculously upset with myself that I assumed this company would treat me fair and not just someone to take advantage of. I would call around and NOT use this company.
