I had a cable come off the pulley which resulted in not being able to open or close door. Called Precision and within a few hours they were there and door fixed. I first called Precision several years ago to work on my two car garage door. They replaced the motor, rollers, spring, and balanced the whole job out. They more than met my expectations for the work preformed. About six months ago I had them replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of both doors. This service call was to replace rollers, and re-balanced the one car garage door. Everything is in good working order now. I can't say enough good things about Precision. They have always been prompt when called and the technicians are very knowledgeable. I would never think of using anyone else to work on my garage doors.

I had Mr. Shane Tremaine as our technician and was very pleased with his service. We had a broken spring and frozen bears on the end of the main shaft which broke the spring. Shane had every changed and back working in about a 1.5 hrs. We stayed our distance and praticed the COVIC-19 regulations and Shane did a very professional job. Thank You
