This is the second house where we have used Precision Door Service. They do not disappoint with service! They did a total evaluation of our system and gave their review. There was no high pressure sales, just a review for us to decide what we wanted repaired or defer until the future. We ended up having bearings replaced and a new garage door opener. What a difference! No more sounding like the opener was going to fall apart each time we used it. Due to lack of noise with new door opener and door bearings, we cannot tell if garage door is operating unless you visually look at. Great Job! Our Technician (Arnold) did a great job!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services. My technician Chad Donovan was personable, very knowledgeable and professional and quickly determined the resolution to my garage door issue. I had a broken torsion spring on my 35 year old door and after seeing all the parts he had on his service vehicle, decided new rollers and bearing should be installed while the parts were removed to repair the spring. Chad did a great job and was very fast and efficient in his repair. the door is much quieter and should last another 35 years before any more needed repairs I was very impressed that Chad had all of the tools and parts needed to fix same day. My garage door springs broke on Palm Sunday evening. Out of 5 so called 24 hour service garage companies, precision were the only ones to answer and knowledge my situation. I didn't have to, but instead of a repair I opted for a new system. The install was quick and Brian my service tech was awesome. Not only did he do a flawless job on the opener, he made sure all of my remotes and my vehicle were programmed. He rehung a sign in my garage and to top it off he grabbed a blower to clear the debris out of the garage. You cannot go wrong with this phone call when you have issues with your garage door.
