Arnold Simpson is a great service tech. I called because of a malfunctioning remote & he discovered a bent spring which would have frozen my door both mechanically & manually. He solved both my issues and as a bonus, programmed my car to operate the garage door. If I need service again, I will request him. Hopefully that won’t be for a loooonnng time.

We had a great experience with Precision. Keith came out and evaluated our situation and needs. We were given 3 options which was prepared by Keith. His diagnosis of our problem was thorough, and his explanation was easy to comprehend and follow. Keith performed our repairs and installed new equipment quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was pleasant and accommodating. Keith was great. I would recommend him to others for their garage door needs.

Seventeen year old garage door opener failed. Called Precision in the morning and was told a tech would arrive between 12 and 4. Luke arrived around 1:30, diagnoses the problem….opener fried. Two options were presented, selected one and the installation began. Luke was extremely courteous, efficient, detail oriented, and explained the process and use of the new opener.

I CHOSE PRECISION BECAUSE FAMILY MEMBERS HAD USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS OF SERVICE. THE PERSONNEL THAT CAME OUT NAMED ROBERT WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS ABOUT. VERY COMPETENT AND AACCOMPLISHED YOUNG MAN. I KNEW I WOULD NEED A NEW DOOR, BUT HAD NEVER GOTTEN AROUND TO SEEING ABOUT IT. I HAD THE OPTION TO FIX, BUT I INQUIRED ABOUT INSTALLATION OF A NEW DOOR.
