We just purchased our home about a year and a half ago and honestly it’s been one thing after another since we moved in! Many things we’ve had to do we honestly feel a little price gouging because we transplanted here from California. But regardless we love our home. Your technician was absolutely wonderful! Answered all our questions and there were many. I’ve never had an automatic garage door before so I like to understand how things work so I can maintain them better. He was absolutely wonderful and informative! Price was reasonable and we were able to establish why we were having so many issues with our door! Feeling relieved that I finally feel it is reliable!

I was very pleased with the prompt, professional service I received . My door opener was old and too far gone to fix. My very nice technician was able to replace it and all the components on this first service call, no waiting to order one ect. He was great about explaining how to operate and gave me a good rundown of all the Smart technology this new unit had. I’ve always been pleased with Precision and this call was certainly up to their high standards. Keep up the great work with great employees!

Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me.
