I received excellent service on 9/9/25 by Service Repair Technician, Isak Zenkic. He arrived promptly on time as scheduled. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of his job. I advised him of the garage door problem. He assessed the problem and the repair was made immediately and efficiently. Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me. Lewis did a great job getting my 35 year old door in working order. He replaced the spring, bearings, and some metal screws that were missing. I also requested he give an estimate for a new door. He gave me two estimates, non-insulated and semi-insulated. He also arrived within an hour and was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Met with Luke and explained we had a split hinge. Like did a thorough review of all the door components and found an additional slightly split hinges had that may last a bit. He also observed the door rollers were wearing down, so we had them replaced along with and the damaged hinges. Quality workmanship, good conversation. Your company has replaced two garage doors over the years we have lived here. Workmanship has always been top notch.
