The service person that arrived was scheduled for 4-8. Yea! He called and said he'd be here around 3 pm. He really looked for the problem! He investigated the noise we had and tighted the springs and adjusted some other things. I had been told by another service person that we would HAVE to have a new door opener. The door is makes less noise when opening now!!!! Thanks to the servicer.

Scheduling my garage door opener installation was easy. The technician arrived on time and gave me two great options to choose. He walked me through the installation process and was done in just over an hour. He talked me through the app and then he personally paired my car's home-link to the new opener. How awesome is that! What a great experience!!

Absolutely satisfied ! Was unable to find a garage door opener installer which we desperately needed. Went to Precision's website, schedule the next day, Saturday, delivery at no extra cost. Selected a window and was told truck would come with a variety of openers to look at for immediate install. Technician (Austin) was fantastic - showed up on tome, was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating, selected a unit and did the install all by himself. Very pleased and would recommend !

As most of us know things happen at the most inconvenient times. One of the springs that helps to open and close our garage door broke at 3:45 pm on a Monday afternoon. I called the company that installed this door for help. They could not help me until Wednesday afternoon. So I called Precision door and by 7:30 pm that same Monday evening our garage door was repaired and working perfectly. ENOUGH SAID!!!!!! Thank You, Rick

I have used Precision Door, in the past. The person up front doing the answering for customer service is very professional, and on top of things. She serves up a great start to the company, as the first line of assistance. The technician, James, came out, listened to my explanation of what I had done, and explained my situation, to him and was very attentive to my issue. He then was very through in explaining what the apparent issues were, what would be in my best interest to do on my own, since I am a do-it-yourselfer, and then explained my options. He also gave me a rundown of costs and what the different parts situations entailed, based on what my choices were going to be. The company is fortunate to have this very nice and experienced young man working for them. Extremely cordial and professional. I was blessed to have him as my tech.... Thanks again James, and the company. I made a great choice contacting them once again, for my needs.

We had great service from Precision with Robert C. Coming out to fix are garage door that came off the track (our error- broom stick handle fell and lodged into track as door was closing ). Fast service as he responded and fixed our issue the same day. Robert called prior to arriving and exceeding our expectations with only fixing what we needed. I am very glad I contacted Precision. Scheduling the appointment online was way easy and convenient. My technician was James Long and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He identified the issue immediately and provided us with options to remedy it. One of the things I liked most was that he did not attempt to pressure us into buying anything if we did not eant to. Hein addition, he explained things in a manner we could understand. Precision had done excellent work for me before when I lived in Pinellas County. I needed work done in Polk County at my newer home. Precision Service person John Duff laid it all out for me as to what was not done properly when my home was built a few years ago. Typically, someone had cut a lot of corners and now I would pay to fix what had broken. John literally had to rebuild everything but the door to get the right system in place for my large double garage door. It wasn't cheap, but quality never is. But now, I have a modern system, sized correctly to do the job, a wifi equipped Genie professional opener, and a much quieter door. I also have a long-term warranty that I know from experience Precision will honor. I would recommend and use Precision again in a New York minute.

Arnold Simpson is a great service tech. I called because of a malfunctioning remote & he discovered a bent spring which would have frozen my door both mechanically & manually. He solved both my issues and as a bonus, programmed my car to operate the garage door. If I need service again, I will request him. Hopefully that won’t be for a loooonnng time.
