Travis called me when he was about 20 minutes away. when he got here he tested the door and showed me what he thought was causing the problem. He fixed it without hesitation. Absolutely no trial and error, fixed first time around. Thanks Travis you did good! Ken.

Travis arrived at the time planned, was always courteous. He examined the old opener, explained problem clearly, gave us three options for replacement. Price was as estimated. He answered all my questions and left the garage cleaner than he found it.

Our service tech (Travis) was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything and gave us options on the repair. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors and seems to enjoy his work. Travis appears to be a good guy on and off the job.
