John Pappas installed your two best springs, replaced the center and side bearings, balanced the door, and put plastic inserts into the roller bodies. and checked the opener. The door works fine and it is much quieter. You came the same day we called and that was nice. Mr. Pappas was very kind, helpful, and friendly. He took special time to explain how the different parts of a garage door opener works and the difference in springs.

While going through horrible customer service through Frontier communications for 3 days, my garage door opener goes on the fritz. I call this morning, told the tech from Precision would be here today, he called and said he was on his way within minutes of time frame given, shows up fixes the door opener and done. Still waiting on Frontier. They could learn something from this company. So glad we purchased our opener through Precision. We will be loyal to you because you value us! Tyler came & corrected our garage door today. He corrected a problem that has been ongoing since the door was installed about a year ago. He was very professional & explained what he had done. The original installer never explained how to lubricate the door. Tyler was an exceptional person to represent your organization. The door is operating as we knew it should.

My neighborhood had a Lakeland Electric transformer explode nearby. The inductive kick from that explosion completely fried my garage door opener motor. I called two other companies, and their lead times were unreasonable. I then called Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Service was just a few hours away. Two young technicians came to my aid. They worked tirelessly for a number of hours overcoming technical issues. They departed only after everything was working as designed.

I was very happy with the professionalism of Gerald Hoover who installed our new garage door. He worked alone but was able to remove our old door and put up the new door in about two hours. After installation he spent time showing me how to care for the new door and the mechanics. The door is beautiful and a big "Thank You" also to Bryan Stewart who initially came out and gave me an estimate and helped me pick out the style and color. I am VERY pleased with Precision Garage Doors and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I have to say I was SUPER happy with the overall service I received. The superior customer service started when I called in and explained my situation. It was mid morning and the spring on the garage door had snapped. My car was in the garage and I had a very important meeting at the school at 2pm that day. The lady that took my call was so sympathetic and caring but honest about not being able to promise to be able to get to me and done in time for me to make my appointment. But she was going to put on the order my situation and they would do their best. Well I waited and not long after I hung up the technician called me Jose to tell me he was on his way and he knows I have an important meeting at the school to get to. Right then I felt better and was feeling a little relief. When Jose arrived i was so impressed with how friendly he was. He walked me through what was wrong with our door, options and explained everything so I understood my options. It was so refreshing to have someone have a great attitude, communicate so clearly and be so understanding. A+ He worked and let me know that he would be done in time for me to leave and make my appointment. I can not express how important it was that I make the meeting at the school. Precision was not my first phone call that day but they will be from here on out. The other company could not help me until the next day. I am happy to day that Precision has gained a customer for life. THANK YOU AGAIN! *when I first opened it after the repair I said that is as smooth as butter and quiet like a Cadillac. lol
