I was impressed by the knowledge and work ethics displayed by both men. Explanations and options were presented prior to any work performed, and once my choice was made, these two did not stop for a moment until the job was completed. Clean-up was as though they had not even been there. I am delighted with the operation of my unit; so quiet! When Bryan put the Precision sticker on the interior of my garage door, I was particularly proud of myself for having chosen a company that obviously strives for excellence, but mandates courtesy, customer service and punctuality as part of its foundation.
