I found my self locked out of my garage at 7pm it would not open after looking at it found I had a broken spring called Precision and they set me up an appointment for the next morning James was my technician he was on time, very professional and friendly we even made small talk about our dogs and then he got to work. Cost for repair is a little pricey but with the quality of work and warranty it was worth it.

Precision really came through for me when I had an accident within my own garage. Overhead first came out, as our door was their brand. Although professional, they quoted me a higher price for a replacement and could not give me a time frame for installation. I called Precision and was quoted and installed on the same day. Michael was awesome. On time, professional, personable and got the repair fixed to keep my garage door open and not sliding back down when I had to pull the emergency unlock cord. It was not staying up so I could get my car up if the electricity would go off. Now with a little tightening of the coils, it's like new again. Thank u & so glad I called u guys!

My spring was broken. The tech was really nice! However, when I called they gave me an estimate of $65 to $118 and she said the tech would be able to tell me what it would be when he got there. So I was expecting to pay no more than $200.00. When the young man told me it would be $565 I was shocked! He said I needed other things to make it last longer. I didn't get them and it still ended up costing me $256.00 I won't use them again.

Another storm coming to Florida. No worries. We have a fabulous precision garage door now. Pricey sure...but you get what you pay for. In our State you should opt for the best available for peace of mind and increasing the value of your home. And the service for adjustments and repairs is second to none. Do I love my garage door?
