I really LOVE working Precicion. I'm so impressed that they keep their words and honor their commitments, which are very rare these days. I had the spring of my garage door and associated hardware replaced by Precision a few years back. Last week the spring broke at around 9 pm... I was worried about how I was going to get my car out in the morning, but a technician came out to fix the problem. It must have been complicated because he did not leave until 1 am. My garage was still under warranty so so they did not charge me anything. He broke the glass on my garage in the process... but the company worked with me to prompty repair the glass.

I contacted your firm to repair a broken spring. The door has been in service for 26 years and your techs advised that proper repairs would cost about half the cost of a new door. I called Precision on a Thursday, to repair my garage door opener, and was scheduled for the following day. I picked them due to a good rating I saw online. The repairman showed up as promised and soon found the reason for my trouble with the opener. 1st the spring was broken in half, which for several weeks put an extreme amount of pressure on the opener. The spring had to be replaced and the opener was just about out of commission. Within a couple of hours the spring was replaced, the opener was replaced as well as a new wall switch, remotes, electric eyes and the outside pad as well as new rollers on both sides. Now you barely hear the door opening. Great job and I highly recommend Precision for any garage door problems.

We chose Precision Doors because we were not satisfied with Genie products and the companies that sell Genie. Precision does not sell Genie (thank goodness) and their products are better quality and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Our garage door stared opening and closing on its own. I disconnected the opener and called you folks. I called at 10 am and Jesse Burns arrived at 2 pm. That in its self was great. Jesse checked everything out twice and could not find the cause. He did not try to install any parts, that were not needed which I am very grateful for. The time he took to try and find out what was causing the problem was over and above what you could expect from anyone. Jesse went over everything and explained what he was looking for and what he was doing. He could not find the ghost but the system was working like new when he left, for which we were very happy. Thank you for having Techs like Jessie and Thank you Jesse.

I called several places and yours was the only one where we got a real live person to speak to! I was concerned that being the day before Thanksgiving that no one would be able to help us, but you came through. I was told the technician would be available between 1-5, but Chris C. promptly called me at 12:30 that he was on his way. He and his partner, Keng G., were extremely professional and attentive. They both introduced themselves and reviewed the situation in detail. Chris then took the time to explain everything precisely (hence Precision Doors - ha!) to me. Moreover, he was kind enough to do the same for my husband on my cell phone. There was a remarkable difference after they completed the job. The door ran much smoother. We will highly recommend them in the future.
