After a recent lightening strike we called Precision Door to come to repair our garage door which would not open. They originally installed our door and we were pleased with the service then. They did not disappoint this time either. A knowledgeable and professional service man arrived promptly and found the motor to the garage door opener had been " fried". he had the needed part on his truck, completed the repair and reprogramed all of our remotes in a very efficient and courteous manner. Jeremy was very good with my service he explained why my door bracket broke from the door opener arm. He fixed everything that needed replacing in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. My only down side was I think material was pricey after receiving itemized break down.
