We called Precision because we have had excellent service from them before. This time our door stopped working on a Saturday and they came that same Saturday. (Wow) The person answering our call was very nice. The technician named Dalton was courteous, after examining the problem explained what he was going to do first (which fixed the problem), and then repaired it quickly and quietly by installing new sensors which were still under warranty. He was a gentleman and very respectful (something I find not present all the time nowadays); he even called to let us know he would be 15 minutes late in arriving - very nice. Our experience from beginning to end was wonderful. So we will continue to call Precision whenever we need service or new products that they deal in. Thank you Dalton, and thank you Precision.

Chis and Derrick got right to work on how to fix my door. And what they needed and explained it to me very well. I would use this company again and tell people this is the company to deal with. They gave me all my options on how to pay some people do not have the funds we do to pay so they would have worked with me on other pay options. In closing Chris is a great mentor for your new talent don't lose him.

From my scheduling an appointment with Mia, to my experience with Chris who did the repair, everything was timely and professional. Chris arrived right on time, checked the problem and then let me know the repair was covered by my warranty. Chris had me check the repair to ensure I was satisfied before leaving, and I was. I would certainly use Precision again and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional garage door installation or repair.
