I found my self locked out of my garage at 7pm it would not open after looking at it found I had a broken spring called Precision and they set me up an appointment for the next morning James was my technician he was on time, very professional and friendly we even made small talk about our dogs and then he got to work. Cost for repair is a little pricey but with the quality of work and warranty it was worth it.

Michael was awesome. On time, professional, personable and got the repair fixed to keep my garage door open and not sliding back down when I had to pull the emergency unlock cord. My spring was broken. The tech was really nice! However, when I called they gave me an estimate of $65 to $118 and she said the tech would be able to tell me what it would be when he got there. So I was expecting to pay no more than $200.00. When the young man told me it would be $565 I was shocked! He said I needed other things to make it last longer. I didn't get them and it still ended up costing me $256.00 I won't use them again.
