A spring broke on my door at 5pm on a Friday. I called Precision and Mickey was here an hour later. Mickey was clear on all the repair options available with their corresponding warranties. He let me make my choice with no pressure and set about to quickly and efficiently replace my springs, bearings and track wheels. I feel confident that my door should be trouble free for the foreseeable future. Mickey was super personable and professional. He even tried to set up the garage opener WiFi controls with my phone. Great experience.

I got multiple options of what it would cost to repair just the damage, repair and replace other parts that showed wear or a full service job doing everything to bring my door back to tip top shape. The spring installed by one of your competitors was too weak. This eventually wore out the opener. Precision sent out a much more qualified associate to assess and fix the problem. He worked fast and efficient. he not only fixed the problem but he fixed other problems as well while he was there We are very happy with his customer service.

Drive gear sheared requiring a new part. The tech came out around 7:30 and was complete by 8:30. He had the gear assembly on the truck so there was no waiting on parts. He also checked out our other garage door and lubed up the rollers to run smoother at no additional cost. Very respectful of my time as he called before arrival after dinner. I would go with them again for service or installation.
