The spring installed by one of your competitors was too weak. This eventually wore out the opener. Precision sent out a much more qualified associate to assess and fix the problem. He worked fast and efficient. he not only fixed the problem but he fixed other problems as well while he was there We are very happy with his customer service.

Drive gear sheared requiring a new part. The tech came out around 7:30 and was complete by 8:30. He had the gear assembly on the truck so there was no waiting on parts.
