I had a problem with my year old garage door opener. It would go up and down without touching the remote. I called Sat. morning at 8:30am and Travis arrived at 10:00am and reviewed the problem and made the decision that he could not find what was causing the problem and he made the decision to replace the system. It was all covered under warranty so did not cost me anything. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. He had the new system installed and operating in one hour.
