Our spring broke and I had no idea what to expect concerning repairs. We were not trapped but they could get to us first thing next day. Our technician was Jesse, who did an inspection of the rest of the moving parts and made a recommendation with two options. He was careful to explain things, worked quickly and was a patient instructor with our new equipment. And he has a sense of humor. We chose to replace the spring, wheels, pulley, trolley and motor and of course openers. I'm so glad I called Precision.

I called due to a spring breaking on my garage door. Jesse Burns was the technician that came out the very next day. Jesse was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and broke down all the other issues that we had with the door. We ended up having everything done including replacing our old sensors that were constantly falling off. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that needed service! I first called Precision several years ago to work on my two car garage door. They replaced the motor, rollers, spring, and balanced the whole job out. They more than met my expectations for the work preformed. About six months ago I had them replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of both doors. This service call was to replace rollers, and re-balanced the one car garage door. Everything is in good working order now. I can't say enough good things about Precision. They have always been prompt when called and the technicians are very knowledgeable. I would never think of using anyone else to work on my garage doors.

I had Mr. Shane Tremaine as our technician and was very pleased with his service. We had a broken spring and frozen bears on the end of the main shaft which broke the spring.
