I loved that I was able to call and have someone visit that day. The technician was professional and took the time to examine the problem. He confirmed my suspicions and replace the very expensive part. My door opener works great again. However, the part I don't like is that he was upselling me the whole way. When we talked about price, he was pulling prices out of his head, which I found out later, were completely off. Lastly, he signed his invoice "COVID 19" which I felt was inappropriate. The service I was looking for was completed and my door opener works well so I'll probably call you again. Talking to the technician about not upselling me, especially when he doesn't know prices, will go a long way to improving my comfort level in the experience.

Just had my garage opener replaced by Precision. I called yesterday, and was given an appointment for the next day. I was told that my tech would be Noah and that I’d receive a call 30 minutes before. Everything I was told, was done. Noah was very nice and professional. He did my install and walked me through everything afterwards. I had called 2 other companies before calling precision, and never got replies from either. Great customer service from the moment I made the call. I will most definitely be calling for any future needs. Thank you Precision!! Happy customer here.

Purchased a new door and door opener for our cart shed. They removed the old door and track and installed the door and opener very quickly and professionally. The installer was professional and very good at his job. We have a slopped shed floor and he made the door fit perfectly.

Service technician, Adam, was great. I think I pay slightly more for Precision, but I don't mind paying for good service and quality work. This is the third or fourth time I have used Precision and I will use them in the future.

James Mantsch did our work. He helped us at right after we bought this house in 1017 My wife was here alone since I had yet to get here. He found a past problem of termites ( which the termite inspector cleared the whole sale. Jim worked that day for probably 12 hours and fixed the whole problem while my wife was crying over it all. He was a good man and worked during high heat. He did a great job and I was glad we got him again. He did a great job this time also since the heavy duty door was likely 40 years old, he got it all tight and quiet in short order. Give him big raise. Tom Bednarik 962 N. I am completely satisfied with the service. I have used the company before. I called after 8am for service. I was surprised when they informed me the tech would be there between 10and2. He, Brian, arrived by 1030. Diagnosed the problem and was finished within the hour. The door works like a new one, sound and operation. I was really impressed!
