Overpriced services after been told that the service call was going to be $49.95 by the dispatcher. She forgot to tell me that touching a bottom was going to cost me an additional $40.00. Compelled to put Garage Door Opener Repair for service performed for no choice to insert the actual service performed "Reprogram Fee".

Work Performed: Garage door repair and new opener. I want to thank Craig Earle for making my garage door operate like it was newly installed. He was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problems quickly and gave me several options. He was able to replace all of the critical parts that were worn such as bearings, drums, cables and rollers. He also replaced my opener with a whisper quiet model. He had all of the parts on hand and solved my problem quickly. I now have to look before I back out of my garage. It used to sound so loud when the garage door opened. Now I can barely hear it because it is so smooth and quiet! Awesome job! I will recommend you highly.

My old Liftmaster was acting so weird that, unless one is an electircal engineer, that it was baffling. So, Josh quickly installed a new Liftmaster with compatible LED lighting already in the unit.

I was very pleased with the service Brian Harmon provided. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He also arrived promptly which I appreciated as I had obligations for later in the day. He replaced the broken springs and worn bearings as well as a few other items and it only took him about an hour to complete. I could not have asked for better service!

I called Precision and someone was able to come out within three hours of my call. Not only did the technician install my new keypad, he also did a complete inspection and was able to replace some old rusty parts. He was quick and courteous and explained everything he was doing. Approximately 4pm Feb 13th I opened the garage door and as the garage door went up a huge noise was made by the garage door, parts flying and the door stopped at an angle a 1/4 of the way up. Fortunately there was a sticker on the door with Precision Overhead Garage door service phone number on it. I called, they set up an appointment for 6-10pm. Jesse Burns called before 6 saying he was on his way. When Jesse arrived he assessed the problem, gave me a quote and completed my problem in less than 2 hours. You have to be proud to have an employee like Jesse Burns.

Came out early after calling to make sure it was ok to do so. Gave fair evaluation of what was needed and had all parts on the truck to make all the repairs that day. Ended up repairing both doors and installing 2 new openers, fixing and replacing 20 year old components.

I really LOVE working Precicion. I'm so impressed that they keep their words and honor their commitments, which are very rare these days. I had the spring of my garage door and associated hardware replaced by Precision a few years back. Last week the spring broke at around 9 pm... I was worried about how I was going to get my car out in the morning, but a technician came out to fix the problem. It must have been complicated because he did not leave until 1 am. My garage was still under warranty so so they did not charge me anything. He broke the glass on my garage in the process... but the company worked with me to prompty repair the glass.

I called Precision on a Thursday, to repair my garage door opener, and was scheduled for the following day. I picked them due to a good rating I saw online. The repairman showed up as promised and soon found the reason for my trouble with the opener. 1st the spring was broken in half, which for several weeks put an extreme amount of pressure on the opener. The spring had to be replaced and the opener was just about out of commission. Within a couple of hours the spring was replaced, the opener was replaced as well as a new wall switch, remotes, electric eyes and the outside pad as well as new rollers on both sides. Now you barely hear the door opening. Great job and I highly recommend Precision for any garage door problems.
