I've been using your company for years for garage door repairs. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the generous way the technician spoke to the manager or owner and was able to put the cost of the repairs under the warranty. I want you to know that I could not have had the door repaired otherwise. I am I Winter Haven Hospital with an infection that the infectious disease doctor is trying to get under control with IV antibiotics. I feel so helpless but really appreciate your kindness and generosity. I will keep telling friends and acquaintances to call Percision for honest prices, well-trained technicians and polite and professional technicians.

Precision delivers what they promise. They come out at just about any hour, the technicians are knowledgeable and explain what work was done. When I experienced a secondary problem, it was taken care of right away and covered under the warranty for my repair. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

They had installed the door opening mechanisms in 2007. I called late in the day, and they had arranged a service for 8a - 10am next day. Techician quickly found the springs were too old, weak, and had strained one of the belt drives, causing it to break, which had stopped door opening. Very proffesional repair, knew exactly what to do, changed all three springs, the broken belt, and adjusted both doors. All within an hour or so, and carried it out with expertise. Very professional. AAA+

Great response and a job done right. The tech, Stefan, was knowledgeable and offered various alternatives at varous price points. I did not get other quotes, given it was the weekend, but thought the price reasonable. I would use them again.

While I spent more than I had planned, they were all items that were worn out. My service Tech was on time, respectful and professional. After alerting me of the issues with my components and giving me the cost. I thought he was gonna say they would obtain the parts and then reschedule to complete the repairs. He then tells me give him and hour and he will have it finished!! He had everything on his vehicle to complete the task. He cleaned up, adjusted the opener and lubed the parts. I was very pleased and my door is quieter and functions perfectly. Thank you

I called Precision based upon reputation and recent tv ads. The original call was to repair the door, however, since we purchased the home garage door had not been serviced. In discussion with the technician, Travis Sanferraro, replacement of the hardware and opener was decided. I appreciate the quick response to repair and the service provided.

I backed out of my garage before the door opened completely & caused a bit of damage. I searched on line for a five star company that could repair the damage. I called this company & was provided an an appointment within four hours. Anastasia arrived & provided a thorough inspection of my garage door. The recommendation was for a technician to come over & fix the damage, same day Anastasia is professional, knowledgeable, patient & made my part completely effortless. I’m thrilled that there is a company that has such amazing customer service.
