My sister gave me your number and Mr. Joshua Battle came sooner than expected which says a lot for customer service that is outstanding. Mr. Battle found several other problems that he showed me which could have been trouble later on. He made the repairs very quickly and took the time to explain the problem areas that needed to be repaired. He also gave me some good advice about maintaining all the moving parts and lubricating them frequently since I do a lot of woodwork and dust can be a problem on any moving parts. The managers were very respectful of my military 3-war service in the USAF and gave me a discount on my bill which I am very thankful for being on a fixed income. If you want quality work and service ask for this company and Mr. Joshuqa Battle. He is a professional and has a great personality toward his customers. If I were his boss I would give him a raise. He is outstanding................Mr. Webb.

A spring broke on my door at 5pm on a Friday. I called Precision and Mickey was here an hour later. Mickey was clear on all the repair options available with their corresponding warranties. He let me make my choice with no pressure and set about to quickly and efficiently replace my springs, bearings and track wheels. I feel confident that my door should be trouble free for the foreseeable future. Mickey was super personable and professional. He even tried to set up the garage opener WiFi controls with my phone. Great job done. I can't remember the name of the tech that came out but he was awesome. He called ahead, then called on site to explain everything to me including cost since I could not meet him. He was so well mannered and even went above and beyond for me giving me advice on how to be proactive and take better care of the garage door. You guys are great. My garage door stopped working and you came out the same day and fixed it. I got multiple options of what it would cost to repair just the damage, repair and replace other parts that showed wear or a full service job doing everything to bring my door back to tip top shape.
