My garage door spring broke today. I went online and found Precision phone number and remember seen their commercials on TV. I gave them a call and within a few hours they were here. They not only fix the problem but pointed out other parts that needed replacement and recommended such without any pressure I was given the option to replace now all leave for another time. I choose to get everything done at once. The technicians were very professional, did an outstanding job replacing, repairing and installing new hurricane bars to my garage door. My door is now like a new door. I highly recommend this company and I know for sure that I will be using them again if I ever need their services.

Precision replaced the springs on our door a number of years ago when they broke. When our opener wouldn’t close with the remotes we called for repair. Stefan Harris arrived at expected time,and diagnosed the problem being the mother board. Due to the age of the original opener we were given 4 options & prices to resolve the problem. We opted to have a new opener installed which he had on his truck and started replacing the opener. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and the replacement installed & remotes programmed, instructions given in a timely manner. We greatly appreciated the service he provided.

The customer service was wonderful & the guys replaced garage door opener fast. My 13 yr old Raynor chain with 2 sided lights stopped working, so I choose to get replacement. (No door, springs, coils, or arms) It was replaced by a 1 light Genie belt that cost me $1500.00. Upon looking online at that model it can be purchased for less than $200. With labor & parts, the cost should have been a lot less than that.

They had installed the door opening mechanisms in 2007. I called late in the day, and they had arranged a service for 8a - 10am next day. Techician quickly found the springs were too old, weak, and had strained one of the belt drives, causing it to break, which had stopped door opening. Very proffesional repair, knew exactly what to do, changed all three springs, the broken belt, and adjusted both doors. All within an hour or so, and carried it out with expertise. Very professional. AAA+
