We used your company a year or so ago when the spring broke on our garage door. When the motor on our opener failed us after a recent storm, we knew immediately that we would have your company repair or replace it. Alex did both repairs. He is a professional, personable young man. He is a very good representative of your company.

James and his assistant were friendly, courteous and professional. They remedied issues neglected by another door company and gave clear explanations of all of our repair or replace options. We appreciate that they came prepared with a well-stocked truck and can diagnose and repair any problem quickly. Invoicing was clearly itemized and indicated warranty terms. We would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Blue answered the phone and was so courteous, I called at 10:30 on a Saturday. She said she’d have a tech out between 12-4. Alex got here at 12:45, called first, and was so professional. Saw the ad in a magazine. Called and scheduled an appointment for repair. Repairman was here within the window of time. Repairman assessed the damage. Gave three different quotes and what they entailed. We chose the middle one. He had all the parts and went about repairing the door. We had to replace quite a few parts that were missing from when the door broke and fell. Was completed within a couple of hours. Garage door works and sounds like a brand new system. He also showed us how do the maintenance on the door so it will continue to work properly. Very pleased with the workmanship, repairman, and price. Thank you. Would highly recommend this company. Michael the repairman was from the Tampa area.

Luke came out this morning to replace a broken spring. His attention to detail enabled him to notice not only a bent shaft, but also a couple of worn bearings. After that, he went above and beyond and stapled the sensor wires to the ceiling, which had been hanging for years, and adjusted the open and close pressures. You just don't find that kind of dedication these days. I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again. I'm really glad that their sticker was on the inside of the garage door. I had called another company first, and was told that I had to pay a 99.00 service fee if i didn't like the quote! It was after that call that i noticed the sticker, and boy I'm glad i did. Thanks again Luke!

More than happy that I chose Precision. The Tech, Travis, did an exceptional job of correcting damage that was caused by Hurricane Ian. They responded within hours of my call and got the whole job done and trash picked up in a very professional manner. Job well done Travis!! I will definitely be calling the again as the need arises. Door works better that new.
