Luke came out this morning to replace a broken spring. His attention to detail enabled him to notice not only a bent shaft, but also a couple of worn bearings. After that, he went above and beyond and stapled the sensor wires to the ceiling, which had been hanging for years, and adjusted the open and close pressures. You just don't find that kind of dedication these days. I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again. I'm really glad that their sticker was on the inside of the garage door. I had called another company first, and was told that I had to pay a 99.00 service fee if i didn't like the quote! It was after that call that i noticed the sticker, and boy I'm glad i did. Been a customer for 4+ years. Called them out because spring broke. They came out and recommended springs to be replaced and bearings. They did the exact same thing 4 years ago for 640.00. Well this time quoted 1400.00. I paid them 53.00 service fee and Called someone else (Felix with Garage Home Pros 3212000727). I showed him the estimate. He replaced everything with same parts that Precision quoted for 480.00. I will never call/use Precision again. I own 4 businesses and understand different prices with different companies, however over 900.00 difference is insane.
