One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn't open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.

So I asked him how much a new one would be and it was on sale for 1,000.00. So we decided to just install a new one. It works perfectly and it's so quiet. We are so happy with it.
