A bit too pricey for my taste, but Tom, the technician, was very polite. Took a bit of the sting off the repair cost.

I really had a good experience with Precision. Chris Knight came out twice to reprogram my opener at no charge. It was decided to replace my current Liftmaster with a newer model. He came out and installed it in no time, showed me how to operate it and what was different with the newer model. It is people like Chris that give your company a good name. He was polite, kind and very helpful. I know in the future if I have any problems, I can call on him to help me. Thanks.

We chose Precision because you were available and responded so quickly to our garage door need in September 2009 when I was leaving to go to Moffitt Cancer care center for a stem cell transplant for bone marrow cancer. We had the door replaced in October/November after my return home. We needed two remotes to be programmed for the door at this time. Chris was here and did so professionally and gave us good input on maintenance of the door and tracks themselves.

Great job! I was amazed that they came within 30 minutes on a SUNDAY!! The tech made the needed repairs, explained to me what caused it and then fixed that too. I did not feel as if he was upselling, I felt like he was trying to keep me from going through the same frustration again and again.
