I had a technician service my garage door after the hurricane, and he checked the system. Everything checked out he solved the issue by aligning the beams. I was under the impression the service was warranted. The technician said it was a fifty-dollar charge. I reminded him that it was under warranty, if I was mistaken, I'll pay for service rendered.

Adam was so polite, knowledgeable and went above our expectations. He couldn't repair our older opener and offered several soluions. Precision replaced the springs on our door a number of years ago when they broke. When our opener wouldn’t close with the remotes we called for repair. Stefan Harris arrived at expected time,and diagnosed the problem being the mother board. Due to the age of the original opener we were given 4 options & prices to resolve the problem. We opted to have a new opener installed which he had on his truck and started replacing the opener. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and the replacement installed & remotes programmed, instructions given in a timely manner. We greatly appreciated the service he provided.

The customer service was wonderful & the guys replaced garage door opener fast. My 13 yr old Raynor chain with 2 sided lights stopped working, so I choose to get replacement. (No door, springs, coils, or arms) It was replaced by a 1 light Genie belt that cost me $1500.00. Upon looking online at that model it can be purchased for less than $200. With labor & parts, the cost should have been a lot less than that.
