Saw the ad in a magazine. Called and scheduled an appointment for repair. Repairman was here within the window of time. Repairman assessed the damage. Gave three different quotes and what they entailed. We chose the middle one. He had all the parts and went about repairing the door. We had to replace quite a few parts that were missing from when the door broke and fell. Was completed within a couple of hours. Garage door works and sounds like a brand new system. He also showed us how do the maintenance on the door so it will continue to work properly. Very pleased with the workmanship, repairman, and price. Thank you. Would highly recommend this company. Luke came out this morning to replace a broken spring. His attention to detail enabled him to notice not only a bent shaft, but also a couple of worn bearings. After that, he went above and beyond and stapled the sensor wires to the ceiling, which had been hanging for years, and adjusted the open and close pressures. You just don't find that kind of dedication these days. I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again. I'm really glad that their sticker was on the inside of the garage door. I had called another company first, and was told that I had to pay a 99.00 service fee if i didn't like the quote! It was after that call that i noticed the sticker, and boy I'm glad i did. Thanks again Luke!

Been a customer for 4+ years. Called them out because spring broke. They came out and recommended springs to be replaced and bearings. They did the exact same thing 4 years ago for 640.00. Well this time quoted 1400.00. I paid them 53.00 service fee and Called someone else (Felix with Garage Home Pros 3212000727). I showed him the estimate. He replaced everything with same parts that Precision quoted for 480.00. I will never call/use Precision again. I own 4 businesses and understand different prices with different companies, however over 900.00 difference is insane.

Had an issue with my motor which was 14 yrs old saw Noah in neighborhood and asked him to stop by when done with current customer. He could have fixed it but I asked why noise and clippings where happening and what is replaced with belt and he changed everything new motor and belt less than 2 hrs and programmed both cars to new code. Great customer service.
