Your technician James was on time and after reviewing the problem, he fixed it by changing two main parts such as Circuit board and capacitor. He also change bottom seal too. Things are good now. He was very courteous and personable. My garage door start working.

Carlos was very informative about the types of doors and windows that Procession sells. Also had samples of them. Was not pushy at all about selling me a door just wanted me to have all the information so I could compare other business. So that I was comparing apples to apples. Haven’t decided yet if I am going to put in a new door but if I was I definitely would recommend this company.

I cannot say enough. Bob and Austin were professional clean and friendly. They replaced the springs cross bar and cables so fast. They were amazing. They even took the time to speak to our special needs daughter who is confined to her bed right now because she just had surgery. Thank you both for your professionalism and for making our girls day. I looked on the web site and was pleased with the 24/7 work that could be done. The next morning the techs came and looked at what the problem was. They also looked at other objects on the door and I was told a few items could be replaced and no problems with them in short period of time would not happen. I was glad I was told because I did not want for the door to break down again. They did a very good job with everything they replaced and I was glad they informed me of maybe a future problem,

Called you because garage door would not open and I noticed that one of the springs was broken. So my wife and I decide to call you do to all your TV ads. we called about 7:15 am and the repair man Tomislav showed up a little after 12 and did a complete repair Springs,rollers, drums and cables. We are completely satisfied with their response and their Technician Tomislav, we would say a 5 stars was in order.
