Following a problem with the prior service the company completely remedied the problem to my complete satisfaction. Technician was courteous and accomodating.

Been a customer for 4+ years. Called them out because spring broke. They came out and recommended springs to be replaced and bearings. They did the exact same thing 4 years ago for 640.00. Well this time quoted 1400.00. I paid them 53.00 service fee and Called someone else (Felix with Garage Home Pros 3212000727). I showed him the estimate. He replaced everything with same parts that Precision quoted for 480.00. I will never call/use Precision again. I own 4 businesses and understand different prices with different companies, however over 900.00 difference is insane.
