When phone call ended repair date, time of service and name of repairman were provided. Serviceman arrived on time, advised door problem and cost to resolve. I had a technician service my garage door after the hurricane, and he checked the system. Everything checked out he solved the issue by aligning the beams. I was under the impression the service was warranted. The technician said it was a fifty-dollar charge. I reminded him that it was under warranty, if I was mistaken, I'll pay for service rendered.
