I called Precision when my garage door quit working. My call was answered immediately and dispatched to Lucas Wyngarden. Lucas showed up within about 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me several options with pricing, and went to work to replace my opener. Once the job was done he helped to make sure everything was programed properly and working correctly. Friendly, professional service from start to finish.

Precision Garage Door is an amazing company. The whole process was extremely simple with a fast response. I scheduled an appointment online mid morning and the technician was here in a couple hours. Their technician, Mike Beckum, is a great technician. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything with understandable detail. He was extremely efficient and clean with his work. Replacing a set of broken springs with bearings, he made it look super simple as a well trained technician will do. I am happy with work and highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door issue that might arise.

The tech was extremely nice and responsive. However the quote was insulting high almost board line unethical. $16k for modifications starting, then knocked off $9k right out of the gate, still insulting high but that amount of price increase is taking advantage of people that don’t know any better. The amount of money knocked of the price more than double what the scope should have cost. .
