My electric garage door would only go down halfway. I called Precision and the young lady that took my call was so helpful she got me scheduled in today That already qualified for 5 stars. Jackson the tech called me to tell me he was on the way . Jackson arrived on time and took a look and explained what was wrong and then he fixed it! There is another 5 stars... I would highly recommend Precision and Jackson..He answered all my questions and had it up and running in about an hour. Thank you so much!

He arrived on time, he was very friendly- understood our needs. Presented the end cost and everything that we paid for, in a pleasurable manner- not at all pushy or rude. I liked his mannerisms and trusted him right away. He was fast and answered all our questions. We are very happy with his work. We made the right choice! Thank you.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service over the years, and they consistently give fast courteous service. It was no different this time. I called them in the morning, and the technician was here at shortly after 1:00 PM. He made sure I knew what needed to be done and told me exactly what it would cost before proceeding. He was friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. In these times, good customer service, the availability of parts, and reasonable prices are almost unheard of. Precision Garage Door Service has all of the above. I highly recommend their services.

Our Precision Garage Door representative was exceptional. He was able to repair the door by replacing essential wheels, pulleys and springs within a two hour window. Not only did he thoroughly explain the problem, he analyzed the factors and costs to help me stay within our budget. We are indebted to Precision. The guy that came out was very helpful and cooperative with me. I think his name was Colton, but I am not sure but he was so very nice, polite and helpful and answered all my questions. Really appreciated all his help and understanding. He said you would be sending me a copy of the paid invoice, but haven't received it yet. Thanks again. Barbara Gunter
