My wife and I came home from running some errands and our garage door would not open. The main spring had broken on the door. I called Precision at 12 o'clock and by 3:30. My door was repaired and working perfectly. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and did a great job.

I purchased a new single car garage door and opener from Precision Garage Door. The entire process from start to finish was very easy. The representative came to the house and gave me a great quote. We signed the contract as they were the lowest price by far. The installed emailed and texted the date and time of his arrival. He was in constant contact. He arrived at my home and make quick work of the old door and opener. He installed the new one. Showed me how to disable the opener and how to lubricate the door. He gave me a Precision Garage Door branded can of spray white lithium. I contacted the permitting agent that Precision contracts with. They stated the county will come out for the inspection the next day. Very professional and I would highly recommend.
